    cornbread mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine cornbread mix, buttermilk, egg, and cheese. Pour into a greased 9x9 baking pan. Top with sliced jalapenos.

Bake for 15-17 minutes or until top is lightly golden brown.
