Ingredients
  • 2 packages  (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperatureOn Sale
  • 1-1/2 cups  shredded cheddar cheeseOn Sale
  • 2 cans  (4 ounces each) diced green chiles, drainedOn Sale
  • 1/4 cup  dried onion flakes, softened in 1/4 cup waterOn Sale
  • 1 teaspoon  garlic powderOn Sale
  • 1/2 teaspoon  cayenne pepperOn Sale
  • 2 cups  chopped pecansOn Sale
  •   Crackers, sliced fruit and vegetables for servingOn Sale

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chiles, softened onion flakes, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Form into two 8-inch logs, wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

Place nuts on waxed paper and roll each log in the nuts. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers and sliced fruit and veggies.
