Pecan Cheese Logs

Ingredients
2
packages
(8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
1-1/2
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
2
cans
(4 ounces each) diced green chiles, drained
1/4
cup
dried onion flakes, softened in 1/4 cup water
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
2
cups
chopped pecans
Crackers, sliced fruit and vegetables for serving
Directions

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chiles, softened onion flakes, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Form into two 8-inch logs, wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

Place nuts on waxed paper and roll each log in the nuts. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers and sliced fruit and veggies.
