Pear-Chutney Salsa

Almonds add a crunchy texture to this appetizing fruit and cucumber salsa.

1/2 cupchunky salsasee savings

3 tablespoonschutney, cut up large piecessee savings

1medium pear, peeled, cored, and chopped (1 cup)see savings
-
1/2 cupchopped, seeded, peeled cucumbersee savings
-
2 tablespoonsslivered almonds, toastedsee savings
Directions
1.
In medium bowl stir together salsa, chutney, pear, and cucumber. Serve immediately or cover and chill until serving time. Before serving, stir in toasted almonds. Makes about 2 cups (32, 1-tablespoon servings).
Make-Ahead Tip
Prepare salsa. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours ahead. Stir in nuts just before serving.
