Ingredients
  • 1 10-ounce  package frozen raspberries, thawedOn Sale
  • 2-1/4 cups  unsweetened pineapple juice, chilledOn Sale
  • 1 cup  peach or apricot nectar, chilledOn Sale
  • 1/4 cup  lemon juiceOn Sale
  • 2 cups  carbonated water, chilledOn Sale
  • 12   frozen unsweetened peach slicesOn Sale
Directions

Place thawed raspberries in a wire strainer. Press the berries firmly with the back of a large spoon until berries are crushed and only the seeds are left in the strainer. Discard seeds.

In a punch bowl stir together sieved raspberries, pineapple juice, peach or apricot nectar, lemon juice, and carbonated water. Float frozen peach slices in bowl. Makes 12 (4-ounce) servings.

Make-Ahead Tip
Sieve raspberries; stir together ingredients except carbonated water. Cover and chill up to 6 hours. Add carbonated water and serve as above.
