From: FitnessToss chewy raisins and protein-packed peanut butter with healthy fresh greens for a light but satisfying salad.
Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
2 cups mixed greens
2 Tbsp raisins
Directions
1. Whisk together 1/2 tablespoon natural peanut butter and 1 1/2 tablespoons warm water until smooth. Toss with 2 cups mixed greens and 2 tablespoons raisins.
