  • 3/4  cup
    Smithfield ham, chopped or grated

    shredded mild cheddar cheese

    cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/2  cups
    sour cream

    limes, juiced

  • 2  tablespoons
    of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped

  • 1/3  cup
    chopped green onions

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl stir together cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream, and lime juice. Fold in chipotle peppers, green onions, and ham.
2.
Pour mixture into an oven proof baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour until thoroughly heated through.

Serving Suggestions
Serve with crusty bread for dipping. This recipe is also great to reheat on the grill (not over direct flame) before the game.
