Paula Deen's Sweet Sour and Spicy Ham and Sausage Balls

Ingredients

1/2 poundSmithfield ham, cooked and groundsee savings

-
1/2 poundpound Paula Deen Breakfast Sausage roll (we used mild)see savings

-
1egg, lightly beatensee savings

-
1/4 cupplain bread crumbssee savings

-
1 tablespoonof milksee savings

-
1/2 cupsweet and sour saucesee savings

-
1/2 cupof your favorite BBQ saucesee savings

-
1/3 cupineapple juice or apricot nectarsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonof ground gingersee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonblack peppersee savings

-
Pinchof saltsee savings

-
1/4 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakessee savings

Directions
1.
In a medium mixing bowl combine ground ham and sausage. Add egg, bread crumbs and milk. Mix well.
2.
Shape mixture into 20-25 cocktail-size meatballs and place on a foil lined baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
3.
While meatballs are baking, stir together the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker. Drain any excess fat from meatballs and place in slow cooker with sauce. Gently stir to coat the meatballs.
4.
Cover and cook on a low setting for 2 hours or a high setting for 1 hour.
