Patio Coolers
Dark rum gives this tropical sipper a golden hue. For swizzle sticks, thread assorted fresh fruits onto short wooden skewers.

Ingredients

1 12-ounce can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed (1-1/2 cups)

1 6-ounce can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed (3/4 cup)

6 cups cold water

1-1/2 cups rum or tequila

Ice cubes
Directions

Combine pineapple juice concentrate, limeade, water, and rum or tequila in a pitcher. Chill up to 24 hours. To serve, add ice cubes. Makes 14 (6-ounce) servings.
Nonalcoholic Patio Coolers
Prepare as directed except omit rum or tequila and decrease water to 4 cups. Add 1 liter club soda, chilled, to fruit juice mixture just before serving.
