  • 1  pound  fresh or frozen peeled, deveined medium shrimp (1-1/2 lb. medium shrimp in shell)On Sale
  • 6  ounces  dried spinach linguine, fettuccine, and/or fusilli pastaOn Sale
  • 2  teaspoons  snipped fresh basil or tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried basil or tarragon, crushedOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  butter or margarineOn Sale

Directions

Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return pasta to pan. Meanwhile, cook shrimp and basil in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are opaque, stirring frequently. Toss the shrimp with the hot pasta. Makes 4 servings.
