  • 6  ounces  dried whole wheat or regular penne or cavatelli pastaOn Sale
  • 2  medium  tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and choppedOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)On Sale
  • 1/3  cup  bottled reduced-calorie Italian salad dressingOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  sliced green onionsOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  sliced pitted ripe olivesOn Sale
  • 6  cups  torn fresh spinachOn Sale

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse pasta with cold water; drain. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, feta cheese, salad dressing, green onions, and olives. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

To serve, arrange spinach on a large serving platter; spoon pasta mixture over spinach. Sprinkle with cracked pepper.
