  • 1  tablespoon  whole mustard seedsOn Sale
  • 1/2  of a  ripe papaya, peeled but not seeded, and cut upOn Sale

  • 1/4  cup  white wine vinegarOn Sale

  • 2  teaspoons  Dijon-style mustardOn Sale
  • 2  teaspoons  toasted sesame oilOn Sale

Directions

Place mustard seeds in a small skillet over medium heat and shake the pan about 2 or 3 minutes or until the seeds start to pop. Place in a blender container or food processor bowl. Add papaya with seeds and green onion. Add vinegar, honey, mustard, oil, 1 tablespoon water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cover and blend until nearly smooth. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
