Pace® Soft Tacos
Recipe from
Pace Salsa & Picante
Ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning mix is spooned into flour tortillas and topped with Pace® Picante Sauce, lettuce and Cheddar cheese to make tasty soft tacos.

Ingredients

1 lb.ground beefsee savings
-
1 pkg.(1.12 ounce) taco seasoning mixsee savings
-
3/4 cupwatersee savings
-
8flour tortillas (8-inch), warmedsee savings
-
1 cupPace® Picante Saucesee savings
-
1 cupshredded iceberg lettucesee savings
-
1 cupshredded Cheddar cheesesee savings
Directions
1.
Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring frequently to break up meat. Pour off any fat.
2.
Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes.
3.
Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top each with picante sauce, lettuce and cheese. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with additional picante sauce.
