This simple and flavorful dish uses Pace® Picante Sauce as a tasty marinade and basting sauce for grilled chicken breasts.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2  lb.
    skinless, boneless chicken breast (about 4 to 6)

  • 1  jar
    (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce

Directions
1.
Place the chicken in 12 x 8 x 2-inch shallow, nonmetallic dish or resealable plastic bag. Add 1 cup picante sauce and turn chicken to coat. Cover the dish or seal the plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning chicken halfway through cooking and brushing often with 1/2 cup additional picante sauce. Discard any remaining marinade.
3.
Serve the chicken with remaining picante sauce.
