Directions
1.
Arrange romaine, Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, grapes, and apple on four salad plates.
2.
For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together water, peanut butter, soy sauce, and ground ginger. Drizzle over salad.

Serving Suggestion:
Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges.
