Orange-Sage Marinade
Marinades offer a tasty method of imparting flavor to chicken, pork, beef, and seafood. This herb-based version adds a burst of garlic too.

Ingredients

1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel

1/3 cup orange juice

2 tsp. olive oil

3/4 tsp. snipped fresh rosemary

3/4 tsp. snipped fresh sage

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions

Combine orange peel, orange juice, olive oil, rosemary, sage, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken in a resealable plastic bag set in a shwllow dish; seal bag.

marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours. Makes about 5 (1 tablespoon) servings.
