Orange Dream Fruit Salad
Make this side salad even easier by using jarred mango slices. Look for them in the refrigerated part of your grocer's produce section.

Ingredients

3 cups seeded, peeled, and chopped mangoes or papayas (3 medium)

4 11-ounce cans mandarin orange sections, drained

3 cups seedless red and/or green grapes, halved

2 8-ounce containers orange-flavored yogurt

1 teaspoon poppy seeds

2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions

In a very large bowl, combine the mangoes or papayas, drained oranges, and grapes. In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt and poppy seeds. Gently stir yogurt mixture into the fruit mixture until combined. Cover and chill up to 6 hours. Stir in blueberries just before serving. Makes 25 servings.
