Orange-Banana Nog

Ingredients
1 small banana, frozen
1 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla low-fat or light ice cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Ground nutmeg

Directions
1. In a blender container combine banana, orange juice, ice cream, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg. Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings.
Make-ahead tip
Freeze banana up to 3 days ahead.
