Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup
    vegetable oil

    soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup
    Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 tablespoons
    Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon
    pepper

  • 1/2 cup
    red wine

  • 3 tablespoons
    fresh parsley, chopped

  • 4 cloves
    garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup
    lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Directions
1.
In a large zip lock bag combine all ingredients. Zip top and shake to mix. Add any chicken, beef, or pork.
2.
Massage marinade into the meat and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Barbeque, bake, or broil your meat as desired.

Marinating Times:
Chicken (6 hours), beef and pork (24 hours)
