  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon granular sugar substitute (sucralose)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, preferably freshly grated
