  • 9  cups  torn mixed greensOn Sale
  • 1  small  tart green apple, cored and cut into wedgesOn Sale
  • 1  small  red apple, cored and cut into bite-size piecesOn Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  cider vinegarOn Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  olive oilOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  pepperOn Sale
  • 1/8  teaspoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  mixed nuts, toastedOn Sale

Directions

Lay several romaine leaves on a large platter. Top with the torn greens and apples.

Combine cider vinegar, olive oil, pepper, and salt in a small screw-top jar. Place lid on jar and shake dressing well. Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinkle with nuts. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
