Kids will like this easy fruit salad. It has peanut butter in the dressing.

see savings1 8 ounce cancrushed pineapple (juice pack)

see savings1 cupchopped apple or pear
see savings1/4 cupshelled sunflower seeds
see savings1/4 cupraisins or dried tart cherries
see savings1/3 cupplain low-fat yogurt
see savings2 tablespoonscreamy peanut butter
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice. In a medium bowl combine pineapple, carrot, apple, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
For dressing, in a small bowl stir together yogurt and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in reserved pineapple juice. Pour dressing over pineapple mixture; toss gently to mix. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
