Nuts-About-Fruit Salad

Kids will like this easy fruit salad. It has peanut butter in the dressing.

Ingredients

1 8-ounce cancrushed pineapple (juice pack)see savings

1 cupshredded carrotsee savings

1 cupchopped apple or pearsee savings

1/4 cupshelled sunflower seedssee savings

1/4 cupraisins or dried tart cherriessee savings

1/3 cupplain low-fat yogurtsee savings

2 tablespoonscreamy peanut buttersee savings

Directions
1.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice. In a medium bowl combine pineapple, carrot, apple, sunflower seeds, and raisins.

For dressing, in a small bowl stir together yogurt and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in reserved pineapple juice. Pour dressing over pineapple mixture; toss gently to mix. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
