  • 6  6-inch  flour or corn tortillasOn Sale
  • 1  cup  shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)On Sale
  • 2/3  cup  crumbled feta cheeseOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  chopped walnutsOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  chopped pitted ripe olivesOn Sale
  • 2  teaspoons  snipped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushedOn Sale

Directions

Wrap tortillas in foil; heat in a 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes to soften. Combine cheeses, nuts, olives, and oregano; spread onto half of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half; secure with toothpicks. Brush one side with oil.

Cook tortillas, oil sides down, in a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat for 4 minutes, brushing with oil and turning once. Cut into triangles. Serve with salsa and sour cream. Makes 12 servings.
