Directions
1.
Grease a 15x10x2-inch roasting pan and set the pan aside.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, almonds, pecans, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.

In another mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar, honey, water, oil, and vanilla. Add honey mixture to oat mixture, stirring to coat well. Spread mixture in prepared baking pan.

Bake in a 300 degree F oven about 1 hour or until browned and crisp, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool the granola completely in the roasting pan on a wire rack. Stir apricots, raisins, and currants into oat mixture. Store in an airtight container. Makes 6 cups.
