No-Fry Fries

Oven-frying takes the mess out of making these french-fry look-a-likes and lessens the fat.

Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spraysee savings

2 largebaking potatoes (about 1 pound total)see savings

1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheesesee savings

1/2 teaspoonpaprikasee savings

1/8 teaspoonpeppersee savings

Directions

Lightly coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Cut potatoes lengthwise into thin wedges. Place in a plastic bag. Spray wedges with nonstick coating. Combine cheese, paprika, and pepper. Add seasonings to bag; close bag. Shake to coat potatoes with seasonings.

Arrange potatoes in a single layer in prepared baking pan. Bake in a 425 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until crisp and fork-tender, turning once. Season potatoes with salt. Makes 4 servings.
