New Year's Champagne Cake

This simple yet elegant dessert uses a cake mix and purchased frosting. It's extra special because Champagne replaces the water in the mix.

Ingredients
  • 1 2 layer-size white cake mix
  • Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Few drops red food coloring
  • 2 16 ounce can vanilla frosting
  • Fresh strawberries
