  • 1-1/2  teaspoons  Dijon-style mustardOn Sale

  • 3/4  teaspoon  chopped fresh tarragon OR: 1/4 teaspoon driedOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  hot-pepper sauceOn Sale

  • 2    lobster tails, cooked, shelled and meat coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)On Sale
  • 4    soft frankfurter rollsOn Sale

Directions

Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, oil, tarragon, pepper sauce, salt and pepper in medium-size bowl. Mix in lobster; cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Gently open each roll; lightly toast. Fill each with lobster mixture. Makes 4 rolls.
