Mushroom-Garlic Pork Chops
This favorite pork chop dish, served over egg noodles with a tasty sauce is just like mom used to make...only quicker and easier! It's the perfect weeknight dinner.
Recipe from Campbell's
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 pound)
1 10 3/4 ounce can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
1/2 cup milk
Hot cooked egg noodles
Stir the soup and milk in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the pork chops to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chops are cooked through. Serve with the noodles.
Helper: The internal temperature of the pork should reach 160 degrees F.
