    olive oil

  • garlic cloves, pushed through a press

  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    dried oregano

  • 10 Ounce-weights
    button mushrooms, sliced

  • 2-1/2 Ounce-weights
    shiitake mushrooms

  • 2-1/2 Ounce-weights
    crimini mushrooms

  • 2-1/2 Ounce-weights
    oyster mushrooms

  • 2 Tablespoons
    chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil, lightly drained

    chopped fresh parsley

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Toast bread 15 minutes, until crispy throughout. Cut each slice in half diagonally, then in half again to form four triangles.
2.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and oregano; cook until garlic is lightly colored, about 30 seconds.
3.
Add mushrooms and cook 10 minutes or until brown. Mix in sun-dried tomatoes and parsley.
4.
Meanwhile add bread crusts to a food processor until crumbly and top on the mushrooms.
5.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide mixture over toast points and serve.
