Mulled Apple Cider

This is a festive hot cider that definitely will be a hit at your next holiday gathering.

Mulled Apple Cider

  • 1 orange, peeled and cut crosswise
  • Ginger root (approx. 2 inch section), peeled and cut into 6 pieces
  • 8 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup Sugar In The Raw ® (or 1/2 cup Stevia In The Raw®)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10 whole cloves
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and mix well. Simmer on stovetop for 20 minutes over medium-low heat. To serve, strain the hot cider and pour into a decorative pitcher.
