    Smithfield pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

    molasses

Directions
1.
Combine molasses, orange juice, garlic, cumin, allspice, salt, and red pepper in a medium bowl. Add pork; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

Thread pork on soaked wooden skewers. Grill or broil until desired doneness, 5 to 7 minutes for medium to medium rare, turning occasionally.
