Ingredients
  • 1/2  cup
    Smithfield bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish

    eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

  • 1/4  cup
    mayonnaise

  • 1/2  teaspoon
    dry ground mustard

  • 1/2  teaspoon
    white vinegar
    see savings

  • 1/8  teaspoon
    salt
    see savings

  • 1/4  teaspoon
    ground black pepper

  • oranges cut into 6 wedges each

Directions
1.
With a fork, mash the egg yolks until fine.
2.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the egg yolks. Mix well. Add a bit more mayonnaise if mixture is too thick. Stir in the chopped bacon.
3.
With a small spoon or a pastry bag fitted with a very large fluted tip, fill the empty egg-white shells with the yolk mixture. Garnish with crumbled bacon bits and serve an orange wedge on the side!
