Ingredients
  • 1  6-ounce package
    Smithfield Grilled Pork Strips

  • 2  tablespoons
    olive oil

  • 4  cups
    pre-packed and shredded cabbage with carrot

  • 1/2 
    yellow onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4  cup
    hoisin or plum sauce, to taste

  • 4  cups
    cooked white rice

Directions
1.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir fry cabbage, carrot, and onion for 4 minutes. Stir in pork strips and hoisin, or plum sauce.
2.
Stir to heat through. Serve with hot rice.
