    carrots, peeled and shredded

    ketchup

    reduced-sodium soy sauce

    red-pepper flakes

  • scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced

    fajita-size flour tortillas (each about 7 inches in diameter)

Directions
1.
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Crumble in ground round steak; saute until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, coleslaw mix and carrot; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened, 8 minutes.
3.
Stir in ketchup, soy sauce, water and red-pepper flakes; simmer 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in scallions.
4.
Gently heat the flour tortillas following package directions. To serve, divide filling among tortillas and roll up. Makes 8 servings.
