Ingredients
  • 1 cup  fat-free milkOn Sale
  • 1 medium  banana, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices, and frozenOn Sale
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons  sugar or honeyOn Sale
  • 1 tablespoon  unsweetened cocoa powderOn Sale
  • 2 teaspoons  instant coffee crystalsOn Sale
  • 1/2 teaspoon  vanillaOn Sale
  • 1 cup  small ice cubes or crushed iceOn Sale

In a blender combine milk, banana, sugar, cocoa powder, coffee crystals, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
