  • 1  cup  fresh blueberries, raspberries, quartered strawberries, and/or canned mandarin orange sections, drainedOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  orange juiceOn Sale
  • 4  teaspoons  salad oilOn Sale
  • 4  teaspoons  brown mustardOn Sale
  • 1-1/2  teaspoons  sugarOn Sale
  • 1-1/2  teaspoons  snipped fresh mint or 1/4 teaspoon dried mint, crushedOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/8  teaspoon  ground black pepperOn Sale

Directions

In a large bowl gently toss together the salad greens, mushrooms, and fruit.

For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine orange juice, oil, brown mustard, sugar, mint, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake until combined. Drizzle over salad. Toss gently to coat. Makes 4 servings.
