    sliced fresh mushrooms

    fresh blueberries, raspberries, quartered strawberries, and/or canned mandarin orange sections, drained

    orange juice

  • 4 teaspoons
    salad oil

    brown mustard

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons
    sugar

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons
    snipped fresh mint or 1/4 teaspoon dried mint, crushed

Directions
1.
In a large bowl gently toss together the salad greens, mushrooms, and fruit.
2.
For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine orange juice, oil, brown mustard, sugar, mint, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake until combined. Drizzle over salad. Toss gently to coat. Makes 4 servings.
