  • 1-1/2  cups
    lightly packed fresh mint leaves

    pine nuts

    olive oil

Directions
1.
In a food processor, combine mint, basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, and salt. Cover and process until almost smooth. Transfer to a small bowl to serve. Makes 14 (scant 1 tablespoon) servings.

Make-Ahead Directions
Prepare as directed. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Chill for up to 24 hours.
