Mini Pear Crisps
Recipe from Parents

Shake the pears and the other filling ingredients in a zip top bag, then pour out and bake for a simple dessert. Add granola and maple syrup for the "crisp" topping.

    all-purpose flour

    granola

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom in a zip-top bag or a medium bowl. Add the pear slices; shake bag or stir the bowl to coat. Divide the pear mixture among 4- to 5-ounce ramekins. Drizzle each serving with maple syrup and then sprinkle granola and dates on top.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until pears are tender. Serve warm, with ice cream on top.
