  • 2  cans  (4 ounces each) small shrimp, rinsed and drainedOn Sale
  • 2  tbsp.  lime juiceOn Sale
  • 1  tsp.  freshly ground black pepperOn Sale
  • 2/3  cup  diced red pepperOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  chopped fresh cilantro leavesOn Sale
  • 2    green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)On Sale
  • 1/4  cup  light mayonnaiseOn Sale
  • 8  slices  Pepperidge Farm® 100% Natural Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toastedOn Sale
  •     Iceberg lettuce leavesOn Sale

Directions
1.
Stir the shrimp, lime juice, black pepper, red pepper, cilantro and green onion in a medium bowl. Add the mayonnaise and stir to coat.
2.
Divide the shrimp mixture between 4 bread slices. Top with the lettuce and remaining bread slices.

Tip:
This recipe can be halved to make 2 servings.
