Mexican Four Cheese and Chicken Quesadilla

Your favorite restaurant-style quesadillas can be easily made at home with this fabulous recipe featuring salsa con queso, chicken red pepper and guacamole that comes together in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

2 tbsp.Pace® Mexican Four Cheese Salsa con Quesosee savings
-
1(8-inch) flour tortilla, warmedsee savings
-
2 tbsp.chopped cooked chickensee savings
-
2 tbsp.prepared guacamole or diced avocadosee savings
-
1 tbsp.diced red peppersee savings
-
Vegetable cooking spraysee savings
-
Pace® Chunky Salsa, any varietysee savings

Sour creamsee savings
Directions
1.
Spread the salsa con queso on the tortilla to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Top with the chicken, guacamole and pepper. Moisten the edge of the tortilla with water. Fold over and press the edges to seal.
2.
Spray an 8-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the quesadilla and cook for 5 minutes or until it's lightly browned and the filling is hot. Serve with the salsa and sour cream.
