  • 1  6-ounce package
    Smithfield Mesquite Chipotle Lime Pork Strips, roughly chopped

    kidney beans, drained

    corn, drained

  • 1  16-ounce can
    garbanzo beans, drained

    salsa

  • 2 1/2  cups
    corn chips

    shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the pork, kidney beans, corn, garbanzo beans, and salsa.

In the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish, crush corn chips. Top with 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Top with pork mixture. Top with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar.
3.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is melted and browning. If you're looking for a fun way to personalize dinner, or are cooking for a smaller household, try splitting this up into individual serving dishes.
