Memphis BBQ Sauce

We kept this sweet, spiced sauce mild, but you can add heat if you like just by adding more hot sauce. Or this sweet and spicy sauce can be basted on meat at the end of grilling or used for dipping and drizzling. Add more heat with another teaspoon of hot sauce if you dare!
