This simple fruit dessert combines fresh produce with hot peppers. Watermelon quarters and sorbet cool the heat.

Directions
1.
In a large bowl combine kiwi fruits, mangoes, strawberries, jalapeno pepper, mint, lime juice, and honey. Gently stir in raspberries. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours. Serve over watermelon quarters with sorbet. Makes 8 servings.

Note
Because hot chile peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your skin and eyes, avoid direct contact with chiles as much as possible. When working with chile peppers, wear plastic or rubber gloves. If your bare hands touch the peppers, wash your hands well with soap and water.
