  • small head romaine lettuce , torn into bite-sized pieces (about 5 cups)

    (about 6 ounces) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked

Directions
1.
Arrange the lettuce, tuna, eggs, if desired, olives, onion and croutons on 2 plates. Drizzle with the dressing.
