Directions
1.
In a screw-top jar combine oil, vinegar, Signet marigold petals, marigold leaves, and sugar. Cover and shake well.
2.
Drizzle vinaigrette on lettuce wedges or mesclun. Top salads with additional Signet blossoms and leaves. Makes about 1 cup dressing.
