  • 1-1/2  teaspoon  finely shredded orange peelOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  vanillaOn Sale
  •     Vanilla yogurt (optional)On Sale

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Tear bread into bite-size pieces. Place in a greased 2-quart square baking dish. In a medium bowl combine eggs, half and half, sugar, orange peel, and vanilla. Pour over bread in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serve with vanilla yogurt, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
