  • 1  cup  snipped dried apricotsOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  pure maple syrup or maple-flavored syrupOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  frozen orange juice concentrate, thawedOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  waterOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  butter or margarine, meltedOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  ground white pepperOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  ground cinnamonOn Sale

Directions
1.
Lightly coat a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In the cooker layer carrots, sweet potatoes, and dried apricots.

In a small bowl combine maple syrup, orange juice concentrate, water, melted butter, salt, white pepper, and cinnamon. Pour over mixture in cooker.

Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 9 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 4-1/2 hours. Use a slotted spoon to serve. Makes 10 side-dish servings.
