Mango Parfait

Ingredients
1 6-ounce carton vanilla fat-free yogurt with sweetener or vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 of an 8-ounce container frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
1 1/2 cups chopped seeded and peeled mango, papaya, peaches, or apricots
Frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed (optional)
Fresh fruit (such as sliced kiwifruit or raspberries) (optional)

Directions
1. Spoon yogurt into a small bowl. Fold in the 1/4 of an 8-ounce carton whipped topping. Spoon one-fourth of the yogurt mixture into each of 2 parfait glasses. Top with half of the mango. Repeat layers with remaining yogurt mixture and mango. If desired, top with additional whipped topping and fresh fruit. Makes 2 servings.
