  • 4 cups
    chopped fresh broccoli

    ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced

    cashews

    finely chopped red onion

    bottled buttermilk ranch salad dressing

    orange juice

    prepared horseradish

    mandarin orange sections, drained

Directions
1.
In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli, mango, cashews, and onion. In another bowl combine ranch dressing, orange juice, and horseradish. Add to broccoli mixture; toss to mix. Top with mandarin orange sections. Makes 8 servings.
