  • 1  large  ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and dicedOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  cashewsOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  finely chopped red onionOn Sale
  • 3/4  cup  bottled buttermilk ranch salad dressingOn Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  orange juiceOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  prepared horseradishOn Sale
  • 1  11-ounce can  mandarin orange sections, drainedOn Sale

Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli, mango, cashews, and onion. In another bowl combine ranch dressing, orange juice, and horseradish. Add to broccoli mixture; toss to mix. Top with mandarin orange sections. Makes 8 servings.
