  • 1/4  cup  sliced almonds, toastedOn Sale
  • 1  11-ounce can  mandarin orange sections, drainedOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  flaked coconutOn Sale
  • 2  teaspoons  honeyOn Sale
  • 2  teaspoons  salad oilOn Sale
  • 2  teaspoons  balsamic vinegarOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  ground gingerOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  pepperOn Sale
  • 2  ounces  semisoft goat cheese, crumbledOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a large bowl combine greens, strawberries, onions, noodles, and almonds; set aside.
2.
In a food processor bowl or blender container combine 1/2 cup of the oranges, coconut, honey, oil, vinegar, ginger, salt, and pepper. Cover; process or blend until combined. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Top with remaining oranges and the cheese. Makes 6 servings.
