Mai Tai Me
Mai Tai translates as "out of this world." For summer parties on patio or deck, serve this other worldly sweet rum, Cointreau, and pineapple juice cocktail with a platter of appetizers.

Ingredients

1 jigger (1-1/2 ounces) dark rum

1 jigger (1-1/2 ounces) Cointreau

1/3 cup pineapple juice

2 tablespoons grenadine

Dash of lime juice

Dash of sugar

Paper cocktail umbrella
Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum and Cointreau, pineapple juice, grenadine, lime juice, and sugar. Shake and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with paper umbrella. Makes 1 serving.
